Skills are now partially hidden — scouting matters!

Following the discussion on our Discord, player ratings are no longer fully public. Rival players' skills now show as ranges (e.g. 61–80) instead of exact numbers — on the player screen and in the side-by-side team comparison. While we were at it, we also grew the world a bit.

• FEATURE: opponent skills hidden as ranges (player view + team comparison)
• FEATURE: added the missing European countries
• FEATURE: expanded the first- and last-name pool to 50 names per country

This change came straight from community feedback — want your own surname in the game? Drop it on Discord and we'll add it. More tweaks coming soon!
