Report suspicious transfers in one click

Slowly recovering after the trip and the cheating slowdown, and this one’s an important step forward.

• FEATURE New “Report” button on the player profile in the Transfers section and in the bid window. The Game Master team gets notified on Discord the moment you report a transfer, so please use it wisely
• FEATURE The GM team got more tools to trace suspicious transfers efficiently
• FEATURE Points conceded added as a column in League → Team stats, reported by @alvaradogoat and @pississeus
• FEATURE Player strength added to the Club → Roster widget
• CHANGE Unified the order of tactic directives, with offensive focus now first, from @ettore_messina
