Package of quality of life improvements

Todays changes are not spectacular but each of you can find something for yourself

• FEATURE — @trainerox suggested making junior ranges in the academy explicit, so we've added range numbers to the UI
• FEATURE — @vino suggested adding league leaders for steals, blocks and turnovers. Implemented on the League page
• FEATURE — As a bonus, we've added a similar top-5 teams listing for each statistic on the League page
• FEATURE — @coach_maujicious suggested adding a dollar sign to transfer-listed players. Done
• Tuning — Junior range reduced from 25 to 20 (will be effective from the next scout report)
• FIX — Improved new team roster onboarding to avoid similar players on a team (reported by @frankebasta)
• FIX — Fixed an issue with custom logo upload (reported by @brokhen)
