Online presence, league history badges, and a few fixes

Catching up on a batch of things that already went live — some earlier today, some just before.

• FEATURE Online presence added — visible in the League screen and manager profile, including last seen time. Requested many times via in-game reports (at least @coach_maujicious, @gerbald, and @gulon asked for it). A manager shows as online if active less than 5 minutes ago
• FEATURE Team summary added as a new row in Game preview → Stats tab — proposed by @coach_maujicious
• FEATURE Starting from Season 2, league tables show a badge on teams that were promoted or relegated into their current league — suggested by @cordobes
• FEATURE New countries added, including ones inspired by @javierluces, who was previously "homeless" without a matching country
• FIX Fixed registration dates showing 06.09 for all managers due to a reset issue — now showing each manager's original registration date. Reported by @nacho and @gulon

This game is from the very beginning driven by the community. Keep delivering ideas, and together we can build the best online basketball manager ever.
