Navigation gets a refresh, plus transfer market and live game improvements

Couple of changes in different areas, including a few minor yet noticeable changes to the navigation.

Navigation

• CHANGE Left menu and navigation made more compact, freeing up space for future additions (like national teams):
  • Top bar "Logged in as " now links to your manager profile
  • Top bar team name now links to your public club profile
  • Manager and Club pages removed from the left menu — now redundant, since the two links above cover them
  • News renamed to BasketVibe, following the addition of Polls
  • Search moved into the Office section

Transfer market

• FEATURE Toggle button to switch between sliders and text fields in the transfer market — @bimbam
• FEATURE Simple "In budget" button filters out players you can't afford — @gianlukk
• FIX Changing your max bid no longer creates extra entries in bid history — @jag
• FIX Fixed minimum values of age, height, and weight in text field filters — @kotryk

Live games

• FEATURE Live play-by-play now adds 1-second pauses between lines (e.g. free throws) — @coach_r
• FIX Desktop live play-by-play is now scrollable — @coach_r
• FIX Fixed the same player showing up twice in the play-by-play lineup — @jag

Other fixes

• FIX Fixed friendly game tactics not saving after a transfer — @heldermoreno
• FIX Fixed broken "team founded on" dates for all teams — @nhegas
• FIX Fixed invalid club links that were causing UI flickering
