Mobile transfers, cancellable friendlies, and simpler retirement rules

Couple of prod changes shipped yesterday evening.

• FEATURE Transfers and transfer history are now mobile friendly (previously... not great). Desktop transfer history also got a rework, combining all transfers into one table with filters
• FEATURE You can now cancel a friendly game from the top-right corner of the friendly preview — requested via report by @alikb
• CHANGE Form widget in the game preview is now mobile friendly
• CHANGE 17-year-old rookies get a +2 boost to their skill bands compared to 16-year-olds, to make them a genuinely competitive option
• CHANGE Simplified retirement rules — all players now retire at the end of their 38th year. Previously, players 33+ retired randomly with no warning. Under the new training model, players above 33-34 will lose skills quickly and many will likely get released anyway before then. This also buys us time to introduce hidden longevity, as proposed by @edinicimi
