Mobile finances, league mechanics tweaks, and roster fixes

Three smaller updates rolled out back to back — mobile-friendly finances, league mechanics adjustments, and a batch of roster fixes.

• FEATURE Finances are now mobile friendly, and desktop got additional transaction type filters
• FEATURE History tab now has All | Friendly | League filters — response to @faraone85's feedback
• CHANGE New starter roster generation adjusted to make the game more balanced and fair
• CHANGE Adjusted league points handling: 2 for a win, 1 for a loss, 0 for a loss by walkover — already visible in league tables. Proposed by @lolek131
• FIX Game result notifications now show League | Friendly info — requested by @shooters
• FIX Improved walkover handling — games now end 20-0 if a team can't field a complete starting roster
• FIX Expanded first and last name pools for countries with the most managers (up to 150x150)
• FIX Improved name/surname uniqueness across rosters, including the academy. Suggested by @grobarbrate
• FIX Return from injury now shown on player profiles, including for players on other teams
