League chats arrive, plus a batch of fixes

Couple of changes for you today:

• FEATURE League chats — a new tab on the right side of the League screen, private to your league's members only. I'll kick things off with a welcome message from BV in each league
• CHANGE Small improvements to the lineup view in live games, after discussion with @faraone85
• FIX Smoother transition to your Club page from basketvibe.com — no more blinking
• FIX Fixed logout issues — reported by @smoothie, @Roozer, @Rarz09
• FIX Fixed a bunch of invalid club links — less UI blinking

Keep delivering ideas, and together we can build the best online basketball manager ever.
