⚠️ [Important] ⚠️ Low training progress

Short update as some of you may ask about that. We noticed pretty low amount of training pops. The reason is that all players were regenerated with skills without decimal value (xx.00) and majority of players have potential around 6 which in combination with age does not give enough training points to advance by 1.
