First community driven game update!

The game just got a first update entirely driven be the forming Discord community.

• FEATURE: dark mode ☀️🌙 (drop down in the right-top corner)
• FEATURE: UI mode and locale persisted between logins on different devices
• FEATURE: team stats comparison in the game preview
• FEATURE: defense directive impacts fatigue after the game
• FIX: manager stats are calculated since joining date and skip stats inherited from the bot team
• FIX: added "Open training report" link to training notification
• FIX: no injured players after joining the game
