Engine v3 in friendlies: put-backs and missed free throws

Engine work continues — these changes apply to the v3 engine only, currently active in friendly games.

ENGINE Players now attempt put-backs right after grabbing an offensive rebound — reported by @lolek131 (examples below)

ENGINE Added missing handling of missed free throws (examples below)

This isn't just a play-by-play text change — it's new engine logic that improves game realism. The engine has also been slightly retuned, since both additions shift the overall shot mix.
