⚠️ BV cup announcement

BV cup announcement. I invited semi-finalists for our beta cup @bilah @coach_r @svarog @tdc to a discussion about the first BV (thanks for the support guys!). Here's what we decided:

• all human teams included
• no home court advantage
• no ticket income (instead we introduce prize money)
• no injuries
• fatigue and exp gain 25% of the league games
• 100k reward per cup game played

Rules are tailored for current game situation and are likely to change in future editions.

⚠️ first cup games will be played on Sunday (I still have to implement the changes and schedule the cup)
