Advanced stats, more flexible tactics, and a few fixes

Two solid feature batches worth combining into one — new performance stats plus a genuinely useful tactics upgrade.

Stats & data

• FEATURE — +/- and PER (the NBA-style performance formula) are now live across Match Review, Roster → Stats, and player profiles — @Cimi. All historic games have been backfilled, so the numbers are there from day one
• FEATURE — CSV export button added to Roster → Stats, Roster → Skills, and the Transfer Market — @Cimi

Tactics

• FEATURE — After picking a tactic preset for a game, you can now override it at the game level without touching the base preset — makes setting tactics much easier. Reported independently by @Martin Tellinger and @Cimi
• FEATURE — You can now keep two separate active tactics — one for league games, one for friendlies — @Cimi
