Academy timing fixed, more mobile polish

A cleanup release focused on consistency — academy events now happen on a fixed day, plus another wave of mobile improvements.

• CHANGE — All academy-related events (payment, level advancement, and scout reports respecting the new academy level) will now happen on Thursday, instead of being scattered across different days. Reported by several of you, credit to @doman for flagging it clearly in bugs
• CHANGE — Another round of mobile improvements, credit to Claude AI: Club profile (was genuinely ugly), Transfer history, and League last/next rounds
• FIX — Fixed a mobile league view bug — reported by @zhuchok

Keep delivering ideas, and together we can build the best online basketball manager ever.
